Thank you for choosing Kavaro. Every order is custom-cut to match your exact vehicle — please read below for our shipping timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
📦 Production & Shipping Timeline
Because Kavaro seat covers are made-to-order and customized for each specific vehicle, total delivery time consists of two phases:

| Phase 2 — Shipping (US) | 20–25 business days |
| Total delivery time | 25–35 business days from order date |
Why production takes 5–10 days: Each cover is precision-cut to match your specific Year/Make/Model. Unlike "universal fit" covers, our patterns are custom-tailored to airbag positions, seat curves, and OEM details. This ensures a glove-tight fit and proper safety compliance.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx — assigned based on your zip code)
- Real-time tracking link
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track anytime at kavaro.store/account using your order number.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- United States: FREE on all orders. No minimum required.
- Canada, UK, EU, Australia: Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery typically 30–40 business days. Buyer responsible for import duties.
- Other countries: Contact us at info@kavaro.store for a custom quote.
🇺🇸 Where We Ship From
Kavaro is a US-based brand. Production happens at our partner facility, and orders are shipped via expedited carriers from our US warehouse direct to your door.
⚡ Need Faster Delivery?
For urgent gift deadlines (Father's Day, Christmas, birthdays), we strongly recommend ordering at least 4–5 weeks ahead. If you need expedited service, please contact us at info@kavaro.store before placing your order and we'll quote rush production options when available.
📮 Address Changes
If your shipping address needs updating, please email us at info@kavaro.store with your order number within 24 hours of ordering. After that window, the order is locked into production and address changes may not be possible.
📭 Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost in transit: If your package shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship at no charge if confirmed lost.
- Damaged on arrival: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.
🎁 Order Holiday Delays
During major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, Memorial Day weekend), production and shipping may be delayed by 2–3 additional business days. We'll always notify you via email if your order is affected.
