At Kavaro, we stand behind the quality of our premium car seat covers. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of installation wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used, installed, or showing signs of wear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Free bonus items (e.g., neck pillows) if the main product is kept

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@kavaro.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using the provided return label or your preferred carrier

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different colors or sizes within 30 days. Contact info@kavaro.store to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.

2-Year Warranty

All Kavaro seat covers come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects including stitching failure, material tearing under normal use, and zipper malfunction. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. To file a warranty claim, email info@kavaro.store with photos of the defect and your order number.
